劉作翔先生在論述法律文化的深層結構包含的三個層次時將三個層次劃分為法律心理、法律意識、法律思想體系，我們這里的分類類似于劉先生的論述。詳細可以參閱劉作翔：《法律文化理論》，商務印書館1999年版。
謝暉先生有關法律信仰問題有專門的論述，詳細可參閱謝暉：《法律信仰的理念和基礎》，山東人民出版社1997年版。

〔Abstract〕: The existence of any Law (or any legal system) is based on the operation of
law. The whole legal process is formed through the movement and interaction among the three key elements: law in book, law in mind and law in action. And among which, the law in mind plays an important role. It is the ideological source for any legislation and the cause for law in action.Through in depth analysis of the relationship between these three elements,
this thesis (essay) will set out to:

- construct a new legal operational framework
- identify the conditions for smooth legal operations and reasons for legal
breakdowns
- explore better monitoring and controlling methods.
