圖書內容簡介

本書收錄了國際刑法學協會成立以來的歷屆大會決議，從1926年的第一屆大會到2009年的第十八屆大會決議，無一遺漏。這些決議是國際刑法學協會全體成員集體勞動的結晶，凝聚著國際刑事法學界、法律界為了實現更為人道和有效的刑事司法所做出的不懈努力。為了使中文讀者對于國際刑法學協會的前身也有概要的了解，我們對國際刑法學聯盟的活動情況也做了簡要介紹，并將其章程一并收入。
